1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you use the Services for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorized account activity. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law.

2. Tickets, Events, Reservations, and Bookings

Event dates, times, artists, supporting acts, venues, seating, menus, accessibility arrangements, and program details may change. Tickets may be sold by a third-party ticketing provider and are also subject to that provider's terms. Restaurant reservations, artist submissions, venue rentals, private-event requests, sponsorships, and program registrations may be governed by separate confirmations or agreements.

Unless a purchase page, ticket, confirmation, or applicable law states otherwise, sales may be final and nonrefundable. Cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, transfer, refund, and admission rules are determined by the applicable event terms and ticketing provider. Contact the official point of purchase regarding a specific transaction. World Stage is not responsible for tickets obtained from unauthorized resellers.

Admission may be subject to age restrictions, identification requirements, security screening, venue rules, capacity, and lawful staff directions. We may deny entry or remove a person for unsafe, unlawful, disruptive, abusive, or prohibited conduct, subject to applicable law.

3. Prices, Payments, and Donations

Prices, fees, taxes, availability, and offers may change before a transaction is completed. You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the selected payment method. You are responsible for accurate billing information and authorized use of the payment method. Donation descriptions are informational and do not constitute tax advice; consult your tax adviser regarding deductibility.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

If you actively opt in, you expressly consent to receive recurring or non-recurring SMS/text messages from World Stage at the number you provide, including ticket, reservation, booking, event, account, customer-service, show-announcement, and community messages described at the point of consent. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. After STOP, you may receive one confirmation message. Your carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You represent that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the number and will notify us if the number changes.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent are handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share them with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. They may be disclosed to providers that support the messaging program solely to perform services for us, or as otherwise permitted by law.

5. Email and Electronic Communications

You consent to receive electronic records and service communications when you use the Services or provide contact information, subject to applicable law and your preferences. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails, but we may still send necessary transactional, safety, legal, or account messages.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use the Services unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively, or in violation of another person's rights.
• Provide false information, impersonate another person, misuse tickets or promotions, or engage in unauthorized resale, scraping, automation, or commercial exploitation.
• Upload malicious code; probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems.
• Copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Services except as permitted by law or written authorization.
• Submit content that is infringing, threatening, hateful, defamatory, obscene, deceptive, or otherwise unlawful.

7. User Submissions

If you submit messages, reviews, images, audio, video, artist materials, proposals, or other content, you retain ownership of your content. You grant World Stage a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, transmit, and display it as reasonably necessary to process your request, operate the Services, promote an accepted submission or event with your authorization, and exercise our legal rights. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions. Submission does not guarantee selection, booking, publication, compensation, or confidentiality unless we agree otherwise in writing.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services and their design, text, graphics, software, logos, trademarks, recordings, and other content are owned by or licensed to World Stage and protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the Services for personal or authorized organizational purposes. No other rights are granted.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services may link to third-party ticketing, reservation, payment, donation, social-media, streaming, map, and other services. We do not control their availability, content, security, pricing, or practices. Your dealings with them are governed by their terms and policies. A link does not necessarily imply endorsement.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Service Changes and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services and may restrict access for violations of these Terms, security risks, legal requirements, or operational reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, indemnity, and dispute provisions.

12. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WORLD STAGE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR COMPLETELY ACCURATE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORLD STAGE AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO WORLD STAGE FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICE DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless World Stage and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [CONFIRM COUNTY], Pennsylvania, and each party consents to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last Updated" date. Material changes may receive additional notice when required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. General Terms

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with our operations or an organizational transaction. These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement concerning the general Services, except for applicable additional terms.
